Nature Nurture Playhouse Homeschool Cooperative
We Operate San Diego's Largest FREE Homeschool Cooperative, Come Play with Us!
We are a secular cooperative that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. All ages, abilities, backgrounds, and cultures welcomed. We bring 2-3 open-ended activities to each meetup to accompany park play, meeting at various locations throughout San Diego. A caregiver must be present and attentive of their own child/ren at all times. Reach out if you'd like our current calendar and events flyers!
Why FREE:
We value altruism and reciprocity, understanding a cooperative is the best way to reach more families. We provide all materials and labor free to ensure children of all walks of life have access to our group. The goal of this cooperative is long-standing participation and collaboration. Although we do not have required commitments and appreciate flexibility, we created this group as a space for our children to grow through secure attachments with one another and encourage regular attendance. Donations are welcomed and appreciated, as we make each meetup magical and need support to sustain that!
Park Meet-ups
Each week we host 2-3 FREE park meetups for our cooperative, always bringing fun! Some of our recent park happenings are mud kitchen and potion play, Trees of Dreams puppet and song show, and Bubble Brian!
Special Events
Each month we host various events, both free and discounted for our cooperative, that families can attend. Some of our recent adventures include Balboa Park Museums, Kid Wonder Tinker and Tumble, the Carlsbad Flower Fields, Family Yoga, and Happy Heart Haven farm!
